 worldwide. Your order will be shipped within 2-5 days from the time it is placed. We ship Monday to Friday between the hours of 1pm-8pm +8.00 gmt, with the exception of Hong Kong Public holidays.

Orders over HK$500, SF Express delivery with tracking number (1-2 business days) is free of charge. 
All the orders value need to exceed HK$500 (post discount) in order to qualify for Free Shipping. 


Orders over US$77,  Standard Delivery is free of charge.

Orders over US$129, Express Delivery is free of charge.
(All shipping services offered include a tracking number.)

International customers (outside Hong Kong) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering from our website. If you wish to modify the shipping address after you have placed the order, it is important for you to notify us as soon as possible, via email at info@eclaterjewellery.com. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
