• Worldwide Shipping: We ship to almost every country across the globe.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

• Shipping Hours: Our logistics team operates Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM (GMT+8), excluding Hong Kong Public Holidays.

• Tracking: A tracking number is provided for all orders. Please allow up to one week after placing your order to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking details.
