Wholesale & Bulk Orders, Distributorship (More Information)

If you are looking to resell our products and wish to purchase our orders in large quantities, please contact our support at info@eclaterjewellery.com to discuss how we can assist you in your order. Please provide the following information:

Shipping Information

Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for more information regarding shipping. We will be using Express Shipping (TNT, Fedex, DHL) for all Wholesale Orders, and the shipping channel selected will depend on your shipping destination.

 

Packaging & Labels

We will provide you with the following:

  • 1 Black Box per 2 pieces of jewellery ordered
  • 1 Dust Bag per jewellery piece ordered

The boxes will be shipped to you flat-packed, so that they take up less space during shipping. Sticker Labels will also be provided separately. You will be responsible for assembling each box and sticking on each label.

For example, if you order 50 pieces of the Taja Drawstring Bracelet, you will receive

  • 25 Black Box (50 pc / 2 = 25)
  • 50 jewellery dust bags

We do not offer Gift Boxes by default but you can order them and offer them for sale to customers.

 

Placing The Order

After we have a discussion on how we can meet your needs, we will provide you with discount codes to place your purchase. Please use the following discount codes to place your purchase.

  • SAMPLE20: If you would like to test out the quality of our products and order in smaller quantities, you can try ordering with this discount code. Only available for first orders. Spend more than HK$4000 to be eligible for a 20% discount
  • WHOLESALE40: Spend more than HK$10000 to be eligible for this 40% discount
  • WHOLESALE50: Spend more than HK$20000 to be eligible for this 50% discount
  • WHOLESALE60: Spend more than HK$40000 to be eligible for this 60% discount
