SCENARIO A - Need To Top Up Cash For A More Expensive Item

If you wish to change your order/item to something more expensive, you can top-up the difference owed here and our customer support team can change your order for you accordingly.

Example A

Initially, you purchased a pair of Amaya Hoop Earrings for HK$155. After that, you changed your mind and wish to change your item to the Hillary Layers Earrings (HK$199) instead.

You will be required to pay an additional HK$44.
What you can do is to purchase "Top-Up HK$1" X 44 , which will amount to HK$44.

SCENARIO B - Cancelling Items or Changing Order To Cheaper/Fewer Items

If you wish to change your order/item to something cheaper, please contact our customer support team and we will refund the difference in price to you.

Example B

Initially, you purchased a pair of Hillary Layers Earrings for HK$199.  After that, you changed your mind and wish to change your item to the Amaya Hoop Earrings (HK$155) instead.

You can contact our support to change your order, and we will refund you the difference of HK$44.
